I agree…but to me they both looked good. It’s not like they got sheltered, that FLA team is deep. - landros 2
Yup, no where to hide against FLA. Zamula-Staal was the 2nd pair. Zamula with 20 minutes tonight, did not look overwhelmed against a heavy forechecking team.

Zamula has played well for most of the season in my opinion. This team has depth and plenty of support and role players. It lacks elite talent. |

Haven’t forward read anything, so I’m asking……didn’t Ginning say he wanted to go back to Sweden, or something like that?
Also, what the f@ck is up w Hartnell’s hair. Did he lose a bet?!?! - Hokeeguy9
Yes….
And Hartnell hair cut is bad even for a six year old that’s has his mom save the 12$ to cut it herself. |

Not going to argue that point. I do wonder how much more growth there are in players like Zamula, York, Drysdale, and Forester. I'm not going to suggest any of these guys will become elite, but I there is still more room for growth. Out of all I have mentioned, Forester has the potential to become elite two way forward. It will be fun to watch to see if he can get there.

There is a big picture to consider. - MJL
Yea part of the big picture is the young players getting experience playing playoff type games against good teams.
I believe I saw that tonight. I’m not saying this team is finished rebuilding but games like this are great experiences for all of the young players.
I’ll take the win of the game AND the experience gained from it.

Hopefully Danny can add a cheap bottom six forward and another dman tomorrow. Preferably one that can lay big hits!
They’ve got the formula now. Time to bring it home. - StepfordSam

He basically has the whole package and will be the kind of player that you can put out there in any situation.

Yea, that's not really a playoff type game. The Flyers played a conservative tight checking style tonight. Pulled back the forecheck aggressiveness. In the playoffs, a team like Florida is going to ramp up the intensity and it's very doubtful that the Flyers will be successful with that style. The Flyers played hard and competed, checked very well and won the game. The deserve credit for that but it's not a style I want to see the team continuing to play.

Not only puck battles, but knocks down passes in both zones. It is just an uncanny ability.

Why would I have to share them? All us Sixa's fans have them. Have you recovered from your seizure yet? Over Black Hand accurately stating how the game was played?

Wasn't that some trash goal Schenn threw on net from the neutral zone? |

You are truly gonna go down with the ship on this aren't you flagpole? In the context of his quote he WASN'T describing how the game was being played. He was whining that the Flyers were playing boring and wanted them to open it up against the hottest team in the league. Had to be one of the dumbest comments on here in a long time and that boggles the mind. How can you NOT get this simple fact through your humongous head? |
