UFC PPV Tonight!

personally I thought it was totally fine. I wasn't expecting much movement, and would've been rather disappointed if Hughes had traded a guy like Savard for 2nd or 3rd-round picks, the habs already have enough of those, and they need a vet like him to help out with the transition to younger unexperienced dmen. guys like Xhekaj and Struble play well when they're paired with him and seem to be learning quickly, and that kind of role certainly has value.

I was gladly surprised to see Allen go, for a moment there I thought they would have to finish the season with 3 goalies so that's really nice for Monty and Primeau.

what are your impressions?

What happened yesterday was pretty much what was expected to happen yesterday, but the return for Allen is potentially better than anyone ever expected.

It's a possibility...Boston University plays its last game of the season this afternoon. So it will depend on how they do in the playoffs, and if they go to the Frozen Four.

If BU is eliminated, there's a chance he comes here early April (assuming he signs a pro contract of course). If they go to the Frozen Four, dates of the event are April 11 through 13...didn't looked at the schedule, but I think the Habs pretty much done at that point.
