Goal: Monty and him look good going forward.

Defense: Our young D still make mistakes but they're learning fast ... under no circumstance should we let Wifi go away, he's the kind of sandpaper every team needs. Some other rookies are coming down the pipelline so we should be good if everything goes to plan.

Forwards: We need help beyond our first line ... 4 picks in the 1st round in the next 2 year, we need top end talent (trade?).

Team building 101 ... start from the back end and move forward.
