He appeased the crowds in Pittsburgh as well, by getting rid of players the fans didn't like.... But in the end Granlund has been better than Smith this year, they would have been better off keeping Poehling over some of the old bottom six players they bought in. Maybe I'm wrong and he'll get them back on track next year, but I see them with a long rebuild in front of them. It wasn't Dubas but re-signing Malkin seems like a big mistake. - rayc16
The reality is that they were better off under Hextall then they are now under Dubas. Their shortsightedness cost them Guentzel for an underwhelming return. |

Last time they played the Leafs, the Leafs had 3 or 4 guys out and still kicked the Flyers buts. - WhiskeyMan
Nah, I think they were all back for the game and performed...

I went to this game. Other then Matthews going off for the natural, the Flyers played a solid game and probably deserved a better fate. |

Did you bother to look up the % of points Frost has vs better teams, I won’t bother asking did you compare that to other Flyers players, you know, because you know who has the goods. - wcorvette
Look, the player has scored 10 goals this year in 55 games, and his 23 assists does not even put him in the top 100 in the NHL this season. What are you talking about in terms of point percentage. |

It's funny to me because of the reaction that comment would have gotten from some folks on here.

any facts to back this up?
did they get what the market was offering or did he take a lesser deal on purpose?
your defense of your dad is too much.
why cant you admit he was not a good GM at either place? |

This is another post where you make yourself look like a biased fool. According to you Frost only puts up points against weak teams. Except for the 4 assists against TB, the two assists against Colorado, the two assists against Dallas and the goal and assist against Winnipeg. There is also a 2 goal game against the LA Kings. They don't count though because according to you, those were all goals scored on individual plays and had very little to do with Frost. Frost has produced 33 points on the season. More than half of the points he has produced, 19, have come against teams in a playoff position. Frost is now producing points at a higher rate than Owen Tippett is and is 3rd on the team in point rate. Only behind Konecny and Farabee. When looking at the facts. It proves that you're completely full of poop. - MJL
Listen, we all know your personal bias towards Frost, or any player drafted by Hextall. In fact you just embarrassed yourself again by somehow stating the Penguins were better off under Hextall than Dubas, even though it was a series of bad moves by Hextall that put Pittsburgh deeper in the hole they were already in. So please, I am responding with my opinions of Frost to an intelligent and respectful poster who does not partake in your constant arguing and name calling. So let the adults with no other agendas talk. |

So regarding Frost, what opinions of mine have been flip-flops? I'll wait. |

It's a pretty simple concept written in plain English. What percentage of Frost's points have been scored against playoff level teams?

I can support my "bias" with facts. The same facts show that you don't know squat.
Now here are some facts to show what a fool you are.
22/23 season, Pens under Hextall .555 winning percentage
23/24 under Dubas .508 winning percentage
That despite making a bunch of moves including giving up high level assets for Karlsson and now losing Guentzel due to a lack of cap space in a underwhelming trade.
Again, you show that you have a clear lack of the facts as well as showing zero intelligence or knowledge of the game of hockey.
