it's going to be 75 american degrees today. some weird flare up of summer before it goes all the way back to the 50s where it belongs.

Monty got shelled last time they played against the booins, and he surely wants another shot at it, makes sense to me. the team will also probably want to give him a better fighting chance this time around.

I can see the habs rotate goalies pretty much every game til the end of the season. This will let Primeau some meaningful experience / games that he did not get while there was 3 goalies.

makes sense. teams often plan in advance the goalie schedule per stretches of 5 games, it's possible the habs are taking that kind of approach as well.

i've always heard terry taylor (the red rooster!) was the worst. constantly had STDs and just kept spreading it around.

But will they both get credit for playing every game? On the bench? On the ice? Same thing??

The Penguins announced today that the shipment carrying the Jagr bobbleheads for tonight’s game has been stolen en route to Pittsburgh.

As a result, the bobbleheads will not be distributed at tonight’s game, but will be distributed at a later date.

considering how things turned out for Monty during his last game against the B's, in a way this is giving him credit and a chance he deserves imho.

Oh, I get it. I just thought they would ride the hot hand in this case. But I completely forgot about Monty's last game against the B's.

Probably best for Primeau's confidence to let him enjoy his last victory for a little longer too. Would hate to see him get steamrolled the very next game......
