tho, it being a condo you might get a choice but if you are at the point of color, appl and cosmetic, those might already be installed.

i was there monday and nothing is installed, which is good because i had good stuff and i want good stuff again. i had a nice huge bradford white hot water heater, a trane furnace, and.. i forget which brand the AC was but it was a good brand.
