Depending on health and how they get to fill out the top 6, I can see them fighting for a final wild card spot. Not sure they make it, but next season will (hopefully) not be over once the new year hits.

Yup. Habs have been playing well without getting many wins. Lots of OT losses these days even against very good teams.

They are getting there, they just need 1-2 more players that can help up front to take the next step.
