After a win he comes in here, posts his ridiculous charts with his win’o’meter saying we’re lucky to have won. Thank goodness for so and so etc. How about u just watch the damn game? Bc I don’t care what some stupid chart tells me or who it says should’ve won. That COL game was a tremendous group effort and a great game, BUT THE CHART SAYS WE SHOULDVE LOST 769 times out of 1000 game SIMULATIONS. Gtfo

And if u wanted to talk about that, that’s cool. That’s what a blog is for. But I’m not arguing against some stupid computer simulation that says we should’ve lost half the games we’ve won. Not every win is going to be pretty. Take the 2 pts and go. The analytic nonsense completely takes out the human part of the game.

I think this team can win the Cup, this team can compete in any 7 game series against any team in this league. Its just that the playoffs are an unknown, there is always a dark horse or a hot goalie that crushes an aspiring teams dreams. Im a pessimist so Ive tempered my expectation a bit. This team is good, they can do it.

They just point to where shots came from and such etc. They dont say they stunk, just that the AVs had better chances at scoring. Stats are stats, you cant completely read into them. Home ice isnt taken into account, travel isnt, injuries arent.

Thats so true!! If that were to happen, and the Rangers were outshot 60 to 7 and won 3-2, im sure that the charts would be 5 percent in the win meter, but all that mattered was that we went 4 0!!!

This team 100% can win the entire thing and I strongly believe home ice is really important. I think that this team has learned what it takes to win in the playoffs. They have had some really tough defeats that this core isn’t forgetting. They have been on a mission since day 1. I think we still haven’t seen Igor’s best this season. I think there is another level he can get to with his game. He is the ultimate X factor in any matchup. Bring all the smoke baby we are ready. I think Panarin knows what he needs to do. He is shoot first and getting to the middle of the ice instead of always peeling back or pulling up at the blueline always looking for that easy/west pass. Kreids & Mika always brings their best for the playoffs too! The defense is getting healthy and we are ready to rock! Keep the motherf*cking train rolling babyyyy.
