I worry Cozens is getting fed up. With 3 pts in his last 15 games, I am not sure that's entirely fair, but it has to suck getting booed after every mistake too. - QuinnFan
At this point, my frustration with all things the Sabres yields a Fvck them response when I hear anything the least bit related to players poor reaction to fans expressing their frustration.
It is backwards IMO.
Players control their effort, their commitment, most everything. Their collective piss poor play, especially in view of last year deserves what they get from the fans who pay to go to games, rather than being paid.
I like Cozens myself, but c'mon with a 35% reduction in production. Maybe Cozens was the wrong guy to give that contract to as he seems to be more a passenger than a driver this season.

Those players need to get it through their heads we aren't booing just them. We are but at the same time we get it, you weren't here for the 13 years but you are the guys we can take our frustration out on. You are the guys that are suppose to be the ones to end this fvckin shyte.
I don't see Terry f'ing Pegula at the arena or Kevyn and if I bring a sign that says Fire Granato it'll be taken away.
We're all frustrated with their play at times but I would assume most of the fan base is more frustrated with management, coaching and ownership especially.
We've heard what Mitts has to say about going from a bottom franchise to a top one. Be nice to hear what Byram has to say about coming to this joke of a franchise. What the major differences have been and where the team can take the next steps. We wont hear it but it would be something.

I'll always remember him for quiting at halftime... It was a hilarious move at a time the franchise was a joke.
I would love to see Girgs just walk out during a 1st period intermission. It would be appropriate during this abomination of a season

Think he was Fed up after him GM called him out for saying there a bunch of Pu$$ies on the ice! Basically what are GM said last year and went and got Stillman who got Knocked the F@ck Out. And oh Yeah Cozens got his face broken cause his stupid F@cking GM doesn't know how to finish his Puzzle.

Yeah, I will agree to that. But he is using the pieces the GM gives him. He has the right idea in some cases just the players he's using to do it Girgensons, Robinson, Greenway aren't very good at it.

Doesn't Cozens have 3 goals and 3 assists for 6 points in his last 15 games...?

1- Change your Assistant Coaches if you won't change the HC.
2- Adams time to start using the plethora of assets to improve your TEAM know. They all will not fit.
3- Really screwed up 3C, all these High Picks and you still don't know if any can play C in the NHL.
4- Know you might have to use assets to get a 3C because of number 3
5- Toughen your Team up, there will be players available (Trenin,Joshua) that can do that and add to the Team
6- Do not bring back Girgensons, he Breeds nothing but losing
I could go on but that's a lot for Kevyn, probably have a stroke with Girgensons

They wouldn't be where they are if he was earning his $7m per year so

I agree 36, solid post.
Everyone in that organization completely wilted this season under the pressure for playoff hockey. The sad part is that Kevyn missed the signal last TDL in 2023, and that pressure could have been reduced by the realization of already achieving it.
Now, as they roll towards 2024-2024 season, the pressure only mounts building more steam. We will see what happens but I just don't have confidence that the organization can collectively pull it of at all levels to achieve the results.
-GM Adams to pull off a significant trade or two, and sign a couple of the right players in FA.
***By the way, stop wasting effort in going after players with NMC/NTC's
-Coach Donnie to find the right line combinations in TC, not in March. To learn/find the proper system and in-game tactics and adjustments to beat those of the opponents.
-Coach Donnie to have the balls to fire his Assts and hire real nhl caliber Assts.
-Players to committ to excellence in their game - physically & mentally and the maturity to hold each other accountable.
That is alot of heavy lifting for an organization that has exactly zero success by any measure other than winning The Athletics No. 1 NHL Prospect Pool.

Agreed, it's a vicious cycle that they haven't been able to break. And Adams holds a lot of the Blame IMO
