Shakir's not a #1 receiver, not even close. If he's the guy teams key on, the Bills are in trouble. - buffalofan19
I am not saying that, but him and Knox took away a bunch of Catches from Diggs after that Week. |

Looked to me they where weeding Diggs out after week 10, maybe they were seeing if they could survive without him last year. Shakir opened some Eyes - Buff36
Hint, hint... they couldn't

Diggs still drew a lot of focus and coverage. They need a guy that does that, unless somehow it becomes Kincaid.

josh allen in his prime
a rb prone to fumbles with no depth behind him
shakir and samuel as their top 2 wrs
makes sense as rookie wr's always make an impact in years 1 and 2 |

I wonder how much influence Kevyn from Accounting had in this trade. If there's anyone that can identify whether or not someone Wants to be Hereā¢, it's he. |

This years top 3 rookie class are sure thing studs. Marvin Harrison jr. Odunze and Nabers
And beane will do more shopping for a RB. We had like 4 or 5 decent ones at one point last year

I feel a sense of relief to tell you the truth. No doubt Diggs was good and will probably be motivated to be good for the Texans. He was disgruntled and did not appear to be all in for the Bills. Allen kept missing him on deep passes and when the pass was there he dropped it. Shakir made big plays for the Bills in the big moments. |

Sammy was not in the same class (the prospect) as the incoming WRs. But good try. Thanks for playing |

I want more than a knox that is always dinged up and curtis samuel though
if they grabbed a better wr during ufa it would make more sense
leaning on a rookie wr with these guys dont in what is suppose to be our super bowl window
at the end of the day moving on from white, diggs and MIA van miller is not good in a cap era during this time frame |

Trading Diggs doesn't bother me at all. It would have been inevitable in January if not for the massive dead cap hit. It's what they do in the draft that's going to be the big question. Over the past two years, "the run at receiver" in the first round left the Bills going to Plan B (and yes, Kincaid was a Plan B even though they traded up for him). There's no excuse for that this year. They have to get a receiver in the 1st or 2nd round and it needs to be a home run. |

Stephan A Smith said that Diggs made Josh Allen what he is today, why am I not shocked hearing that from him. I guess Stephan A didn't watch last year. - SABRES 89

good group of individuals and you left skinner off, one of the best goal scorers in the last decade
poor chemistry - homiedclown
Yeah, I just don't see Skinner as a positive given his cap hit or part of the core long term. I'm hoping we find someone to take him in the next year or two.

That Diggs trade just feels wrong. I understand he's 31yo but if that's all you could get, from a contender, you just don't trade him IMO. |

The difference between that era and now is that the Bills actually have a proven quarterback. They don't need to go the "low risk, high reward" lottery ticket route.

I think they need to bring another guy in, like scotty miller, claypool or boyd to go with the rookie

Serious question, are the Bills officially in a rebuild? I'm not sure I see how this roster contends with Miami or the Jets with Rodgers back now. Going to be a dog fight for the division, if we're lucky IMO. |

a healthy miller and milano does wonders for the bills d esp if they get anything out of elam
on offense they need a rb and a number 1 wr now and knox to stay healthy
dont expect us to outscore teams 45-42 as of now though |
