But that is an entirely different thing than saying the Flyers gave up 3rd place, because they were tied in points, and points at the of the season is all that matters. But regardless, my post was about how this game tonight was a must win game for the Flyers if they wanted to hang on to getting 3rd place, and you crapped all over it because of a technicality like this?

Puck possession in OT is important sure but holy crap attack the net. Make the other team have to make plays. Or they make a bad read and you get a good scoring chance. The suck the flyers embrace in OT is killing them.

By most publications, there isn’t much difference in talent between 2-12, more of a team preference. Getting in the top 12 would be good enough or even close as there are always one or two teams that go off the board.

I thought the top 4 Dmen were okay. Drysdale did not pivot fast enough on the 2nd goal, which was a blemish. The forwards were absolute dog crap. I guess they can fumble the puck at the offensive blueline an infinite amount of times.
