Is your girlfriend glad she can finally get out of the FIQ in a few years? - Scabeh
Mixed feelings.
She finds they have never been super feel represented by the FIQ but they fear that they won't have the same leverage whitout the nurses in their group with the public opinion.
The main bug is that they are being put in the same category as technicians but they do alot of clinical acts |

Per Stephane Gonzalez on BPM Sport, Habs management would’ve already met 4 times with Tij Iginla.
They love him and he’s their main target in the 7-8 range. |

yeah, that's like the language requirements to work for the federal government here... yikes. - Pat1993
I mean, up to a point... But how many of those federal government workers have a job specifically about using correct language?
And mind you, what we are working on also went through at least 1 or 2 checks from a team in another office... |

He's outproducing his dad's draft year... But also, he's playing with Cristall, and that guy is a point machine.
Expect the Habs would have seen the progression, since he was with Davidson in Seattle last year. |

oh, it's more about being able to speak French if you work in Quebec, the same way you need to speak English if you work in Ontario... also in some cases both French and English are incomprehensible, which makes me wonder how they actually passed an interview. |

Depends on the interview
Last year, we had a girl qualify for the French job... She couldn't speak French, nor write it. She was not renewed and they changed the hiring process
But then again, we have an Algerian guy, he's not great in French, but at least I know he puts in the effort 'cause we worked together on Naruto and he was always asking questions. Out of 4 French+Arabic testers he's the only one that lasted.

That's Jarome's D+1 season, in his draft season he had 33G 38A in 72 games. |

yeah for some people it's an obstacle they can surmount so they can still do a good job, while for others it just leads to a complete failure.

It's like video games... I have some, not necessarily a lot, but at least a few that never played video games before joining the company.
It's really changed my perception of the "gamer girl" and "fake gamer girl" stereotypes in a practical way; obviously, in theory, yaddi yadda, but when that blonde bombshell comes and tells you that she's hype because she just bought CK3, it gets real |

I mean, Tij got 84 in 64 in his draft year, Jarome 71 in 72. And the 90s were way higher scoring for the WHL. Jarome was 46th with that production (4th behind his teammate Hnat Dominechelli in his 136 points season), Tij is 22nd this year. |

Guess you're not as much a gamer as she is
I'd have to do the stats but I think my department is probably 70% male tho, so still very much a sausage party.
