little league soccer ribbons for everyone! - anti-lame
Lmao! Everyone is a winner! The post game live crew is pumped too! Al just is glad we but the Bruins and the Rags..."2 of the best teams in the league." Too bad we crapped the bed against some of the worst teams in the league and didn't only lose, but lost in embarrassing fashion.

Very possible, but I'd rather see him do it ALL of next year too and continue. I never get impressed with players that go on stretches, superstars hit that bump, jump over it and never look back. - Glak18
I understand but have to look at it for the type of player. Some 1st overall players are generational and hit the ground running and some are going to be a little bit of a project. Hitting around the 20 goal 50 point mark at 19/20 on a bad team is doing something.

So, you get curb stomped by the hap hazard Habs and two nights later you beat the best team in the league soundly. Yeah, this team isn't bi polar. Liked Brink's game tonight. Flyers leading the league in rookie goal scoring. Whoops...nothing positive allowed on here. Sorry bout that! |

I think even if the other teams have a skid, the Flyers would need at least 91 points to get in and they just don't have the games to get it. - Glak18

They won the shots stats in that 9-3 massacre versus the Habs. I believe that is extremely rare with such a lopsided score. |

Lol The rookie goal scoring is indeed a positive sign. I always try to be positive, but I'm just so pissed at them for the losses against Chicago, Columbus, and Montreal.

On a bright side...
Even though the Flyers won and gave false hope, at least I get to watch some more of the Fallout Tv show now!
Update:
I just saw the Devils and Buffalo won. Flyers really know when to lose and when to win. |

I would seriously think about extending York in the summer. Assuming health next season, his price is only going to climb.

Not to mention that power forwards sometimes progress unevenly. Look at his numbers from last year to this year. It’s a pretty robust progression given his age.

ISLES win Palm 🌴 ieri 🫣 - THE EVIL WITHIN
They are absolute cannon fodder for Carolina. Not that the Flyers aren’t, but the Islanders suck ass. |

If they would have played this way against any of those other teams they would have been W's. It's also funny how quiet it is on here after wins.

Cutter scores. BC up 3-0. It probably doesn’t make sense. But I think Denver beats BC.

The team can go f themselves. Pick 15 here we come |

I disagree, it does not matter how a team gets 2nd overall, the pick cannot turn into.a bust. On a basic level, they still were not a playoff team, the team was definitely not stacked. - Trox88
That’s all true. But it didn’t set them back for years in of itself |

The team can go f themselves. Pick 15 here we come - Just5 As opposed to what? Pick 12? Big whoop!! It's not a strong draft, so it really makes no difference. Tonight's win means that they have at least one more meaningful game to play this season. I'm gonna take that as a positive. |

I would’ve traded that I mean taken pick 15 if it meant we raised value of laughts tk and traded them for a combo of like 1 first 1 2nd 1rd round picks. |

Well, they have been severely lacking in center depth for years. I agree by itself the pick did not destroy them. Do they sign Hayes in free agency if Patrick is not a bust? However, a #2 overall pick should be part of the foundation. The teams around the Flyers in the top 5 all acquired foundational pieces of the team. Funny thing is the first 2 picks were the worst of the top 5. Just a huge swing and miss. |
