Just seems like we're running around in circles on this. And trading "carbon credits" with countries without industry so others can still mass produce.

I'm not saying i'm not, or not wanting to do anything about the environment, but there's no solid worldwide plan as politics trump all.

It's a problem when it's not a global system and you are killing local manufacturing by outsourcing to countries whitout the same environnemental laws.

Alas too often the carbon tax system just makes our products non-competitive and you end up buying a product that was made in a more polluting way with the added polution of transportation, so often carbon tax ends up making more polution than it saves.

It's why farmers are manifesting everywhere now.
