He said I sounded like someone who couldn't afford one

I replied with how he sounded like someone who lived in a mud hut


The caller promptly hung up

some dumb mother (frank)er called my grandmother pretending to be my cousin, and tried to scam her into transferring him money saying he'd been in an accident and that he needed funds right away for some reason.

fortunately my grandma knew better and hung up, knowing my cousin wouldn't do that kind of poop. sadly a lot of old people get scammed like that though.

i'll fix your poop for just the $450. don't even send the laptop.

there are surely no guarantees about how things will look like in a few years but it's definitely a great start for the league. judging by the attendances so far it should remain more than sustainable, which is pretty cool.
