a few of us did file complaints with the Department of Insurance. i'm sure nothing will come of it but the township sucks and they cause unnecessary delays and at least they'll be on record.
- kicksave856

they really seem to be the cause of both of the major delays you endured because they are dragging their asses and heavens forbid their inspectors actually have to do their (frank)ing jobs.

i understand it. i went through a major flood and lost a bunch of stuff plus my finished basement.

it wears on you but at least his insurance is covering most of it. doesn't make it easier, tho.

- Gramps28

i am out of coverage for the housing part now though.

starting this month i'm paying a mortgage, a rent, and an HOA fee. that kind of sucks too.

the contractors told me there was also a full 2 month delay for permits in the beginning before they were even allowed to start the work.

I'm sure Hugo are taking notes ... "big boys" with a lot of sand paper are needed in the playoffs.

Going "pretty" like the Leafs do just doesn't cut it.

pretty sure Hughes and Gorton are already very much aware of the kind of hockey that goes on during the playoffs, and what kind of roster they need if they want to have success.

anyway I like the direction they've been taking so far, seems like a much more balanced approach than how the team in TOR was built.

wait, so there are delays that are out of your control that are preventing you from moving back in, but you still have to pay even if you're still waiting..?

well that sucks balls, holy.

Yep ... build from the back (goalies and D) to the front.

We now need to build a good 2nd line and add some size to the 3rd and 4th lines to make life miserable for other teams.

Having a logical salary structure also helps.

yep. and it definitely sucks balls.

most of us have the money in the bank to handle this, even if some of it is the money you got for your belongings, but the one lady was renting her condo out so she's lost a TON of money so far. i don't know what kind of insurance you buy for that situation where you're the homeowner making money off renting out your home, but i do know she's lost the home itself and all the rent she would have had coming in. she said she's lost over $30,000 so far.

I know you want him gone but that's another reason to keep Armia around if they can re-sign him at a decent price, he doesn't necessarily dish out huge hits but he's very good at using his size to protect the puck, and he isn't tossed around so easily.

but yeah I do expect they'll be looking to add some size via either trades or with the picks they make, that's for sure.

it was a term on the little chart.

i just goog'd it to see.

What Is Prediabetes? Prediabetes is a serious health condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough yet to be diagnosed as type 2 diabetes.

If Armia can continue playing the way he was at the end of the season then I have no problem resigning him to a short term contract.

His lesser role on a bottom line should also come with a reduction in salary obviously.

But, if he can't show up every night then I want him gone ... thus the importance of a short term deal.

I wasn't trying at all to imply that there's something wrong with that, but now that you mention it I think I'll blame it all on older folks, it's all because of them is we're stuck with this kind of poop.

i knew one person rented their unit out because it always had a college aged person living there and then a few years later it would be a different college aged person. and it's perfectly legal and just something people do to make money and all that. but i hadn't thought about how different their situation was until she said that in the emails.
