Marc, out of Calgary… would be a first time HC, which I’m not a huge fan of, but I’d be fine with it if he has a little experience around him

I still think Donnie’s ultimate downfall was a crap defensive assistant… a completely inexperienced PP coach and not moving that coach to the booth for Peca this year.

If Donnie had more experience around him, it might have been a different story.

But Buffalo loves to throw rookies to the wolves. Why back them up with experience on the ice or off…
