dude. motown was great hooks and the arrangements are very under-rated. ''its just very different music and my sis was never a rocker unless you consider journey a rock band - Gramps28
a lot of motown records really are groovy. we had them all over the basement growing up. 45s. not sure where they even came from. we played them on a plastic fisher price record player that folded into a little carrying case |

do you make these or just cut and paste pics from somewhere? - kicksave856
I used the original NES designs, opened them in paint, zoomed in, and re-colored them to my liking lol |

I'm Comfortably Numb just thinking about that album ... this and Dark Side of the Moon are masterpieces. - Garfield512
Holds the record on the Billboard charts for 989 weeks and STILL charting!!!
That album…..also introduced “looping” as we know it today when they hand-spliced the intro to “Money” on 2” tape. These mother(frank)ers were straight up pioneers. Created their own genre where others could simply not compete I. The same space/medium.
Yeah, I know I’m a (frank)ing nerd 🤓 |

very nice work. your avatars are always well done.
gramos would be upset but i'd rock a flyers one for an avatar for a while. i think the fat guy would be cool (hint hint).

I had just started high school when that album came out in 1973 ... everytime I listen to it, it brings back a ton of memories.
I'm also a big Genesis fan, incredible musicians as well ... prog rock at it's finest IMO. |

Hains: In Hainsight: End of Season Ratings - Forwards
Now that the off-season has started for the Habs, it’s time to look back and see who was top of the class and who fell off their chair. - Karine Hains
I don't expect anything from Anderson next season, they are stuck with him. I don't know if he just doesn't care (I would be surprised if it's the case) or if he just doesn't fit well with St-Louis' system.
I wonder if a buyout could happen after next season. I'm really not of fan of buyouts, to me they are sometimes even more of a waste of cap space than actually just keeping the player and have his contract just go to the end. |

are you subtly asking that I make you a Gritty avatar...? cuz I can for sure if you want...
also, you have your own set of skills in MS Paint, as I fondly remember the Timmins portrait loll... btw, speaking of Paint I discovered a really cool simple trick today that I was not aware at all existed, if you open it and then hold the spacebar, you can use the arrow keys to make drawings just like with an "Etch a Sketch".

you're not a nerd! it's true. they were pioneneers.
you bought their cd's thinking about your speakers or your headphones and things like q sound or other weird things you never would have heard of without these pink floyd records. |

They wrote more hits than Elvis and everyone else combined. THE MOST TALENTED bAND in the history of music and THE most influential!!
And of course they got (frank)ed over because they were black.

Seems like he never recovered from losing Dach as a linemate ... those 2 seemed to click well together last year if my memory serves. |
