I'm trying to cut the emotional tie from it, because there are a ton of coaches in hockey that can do Peca's job. Find a guy that can do their job well and their name could be like Bobo Kazoo and like, I dunno, Matt Ellis, but not that Matt Ellis.

It doesn't matter. Find the right guy for the structure of this team.

I swear I think this just might be the best move for this team. Lindy won’t coddle these guys. There will be no participation trophies and orange slices after the game with Lindy.
