I’m not giving Cutter a pass either. You have to be a little extra vigilant in handling top draft choices. So what if he’s a brat at 18. By the time he’s 22 he’s likely to be a star with maturity. You have to take the long view and do everything you can not to lose him.

I remember it. I'm just saying in the grand scheme of things Crosby has made the Flyers his female dog...not the other way around. Sure Hatcher roughed up an 18 year old kid, but that kid went on to eat the Flyers lunch for the next 15 years. I'd say Crosby won that battle. Flyers should be more concerned about winning games than getting retribution for some perceived slight.
