The difference between us and them is that we had the puck the last 30-40 seconds of the OT and we didn’t attempt one shot and they would have been shooting at the net the entire time. It’s infuriating that this team is fine with not shooting.

Yeah, it's a difference in philosophy. If you don't have a lot of snipers on the team, I think it makes sense to keep shooting. The goals that bounce in off guys' butts count just as much as the fancy goals. So why not shoot and hope for a deflection or a juicy rebound?

And, we scored the 2nd goal off a juicy rebound. I don’t know why shooting is such an issue for this group.

It’s gonna be 4-on-4 to start things off and Orlov wasn’t one of them. 😂
