I think at this point though it's up to the players to make things happen on the ice, the powerplay is a perfect time to get creative and put their skills to work, of course you can agree on a certain strategy and structure but they need to rely on instincts to have chemistry and be more unpredictable. the importance of PP coaches in the NHL is a bit overrated imho.

and if they lose in the 1st around again there's no way Keefe is back, in fact I'd expect a major management overhaul... I know they've probably been talking about this for years already in TOR but logically the time has come for significant changes. not sure if they can make some major trades and keep the team competitive, or if they can only blow it up and start all over, but poop needs to happen lol.

indeed, and it gets even more obvious against a coach like Jim Montgomery... even if he coaches a team I hate very much I have to give him credit for how he's handled things and have the team be that successful even after losing talented key players.

didn't see what happened but in fairness though during the post-season players do usually come back after that sort of thing, unless it's a really serious injury like a concussion or a hit around/in the eye.

speaking of pasting and cheap editing tools, I haven't forgot the NES flyers fat man btw lol. it might take just a little while because I have to revamp my habs one first in Paint, once that's done it should be fairly quick to put on new colors on it. it isn't very hard or complicated to do but it just takes me some time because of my old school techniques, so I do it a little bit at a time here and there.
