They played a pretty lazy game for 50 minutes. Now leafs have the momentum. Game 6 will be much harder.

And for the love of all that is holy, could somebody take Pasta aside and drill in his head to respect the puck!!!! That weak backhand “pass” ( and I use that term very loosely) at our blueline that quickly resulted in the Leafs being back in our zone looked very old Heinenesque (from his previous time here…Heinen has at least learned not to do that anymore).

I was at the game and that puck was bouncing all night. They couldn't complete a pass to save their lives BUT they were also making soft ass panic plays.

That game was coming down to who got the final bounce.

At home, a chance to eliminate your opponent on the ropes WITHOUT Matthews and you muster TWO shots in the first period.
