The metro Phoenix area is saturated with sports, I don't necessarily think NHL hockey could work there. There's just too much sports going on at all times of the year and local governments don't support pro sports. They won't reno the Chase Field even though the city owns it. The city wants the Diamondback owners to pay for any upgrades 100%, I wouldn't be surprised if they moved too.

I would trade Elias Pettersson (& Podkolzin) to St. Louis for Jordan Kyrou and Dalibor Dvorsky type of deal. But I don't see him getting traded. Never say never though.
