You live in a fantasy land. York was sent down to the AHL because Tortorella didn't like the way he handled verbal confrontation. Zamula, Brink and Frost have all been yo-yoed in and out of the lineup. Tortorella has shown that his lineup decisions are completely random and inconsistent and are not based on effort. You also have no clue how Michkov will perform immediately in the NHL. You are as clueless as ever. - MJL
York was sent down at the beginning of last season to work on a few things, he came back mid season and played the rest of the season, and this season he was 2nd on the team in minutes overall and 1st in minutes played the second half of the season. Zamula just completed his first NHL season and played in 66 games which is very normal for a rookie and still developing defenseman. Brink and Frost deserved what they got! The only fantasy here is your continued hatred of Torts! |

York was sent down because Tortorella didn't like his personality. You ignore the facts and make up excuses. You claim that Michkov will not be yo-yoed in and out of the lineup. What if he deserves it?
Reminds me of "you continue to hate Fletcher when he has put the team on the path to the Cup" and "you continue to hate Ristolainen when he is the Flyers best defenseman and one of the best in the league" |

Torts never said he didn't like York's personality. Torts has stated that York is a very quiet guy and even now doesn't say much to Torts. Torts doesn't seem to like it but respects it because of how York plays on the ice. Torts has stated that what he was not sure of coming into this season regarding York was whether he would commit to defense and be willing to get into passing and shooting lanes and block shots. Torts has been very happy that York has demonstrated this. When are you going to accept that with Torts he cares more about how a player plays the game over whether he and the player converse off the ice? For example, Frost confronted Torts about his benching and Torts appreciated it, but in the end Frost got benched anyway because he didn't perform on the ice the way Torts expected him to. York was sent down because Torts felt he was not assertive enough in his play; not using his skills to drive plays versus deferring to other players. York worked on that in the AHL, got called up because of injury and has never looked back. These are the facts! |

Is this all you got to say each and every time we converse. The same fountain of misinformation. Why don't you stick to the topic at hand, oh .. that's right .. you can't! |

if torts came out and said suntan your nuts and eat dog poop to gain an edge on the ice you would by 10 dogs and move to a nudist camp in Florida |

keep spinning that false narrative cliff. he was sent down because he had a bad camp/preseason. Of which the player has said he did as well |

Flat cap and contenders mostly already being set on the back end.
Outside of Orlov and Klingberg there really wasn't much blueline spending by contenders last summer. - Tomahawk
if that is how you want to view by all means. Cant be he just isn't in demand by contending teams. Why did the canes let him go then? I know it was the money right?
Ok then why didnt any team offer more than 4th rd pick when he was available last deadline? |

LOL, that is a fantasy invention on your part. - MJL You are so full of $hit. By many pundits (smarter than you) it was suggested that MM would have gone #2 behind Bedard, so his comments aren't outlandish at all. |

That is not the facts. It is ignoring the facts and living in a fantasy world.

Read your posts to me. You are the guy who goes off topic and escalates. Not me. LOL Who starts the name calling. I just finish it. The comments are accurate and examples of your foolishness.

I haven't said anything about Michkov's talent level or where he should've ranked in the draft or how he compares to Bedard. You fool!

Cant be he just isn't in demand by contending teams. - hello it's me 2050
Carolina was a contending team and they traded for him.
Detroit was trying to take the next step and aim for the POs and they signed him.
If a team needs a PP QB (which most top teams should already have one) Ghost will be near the top of the list. |
