Not entirely true.

If Leafs win with a score of 5-1 and Marner has assists on goals 3, 4, and 5...he still gets 3 assists but has nothing to do with the W.

We have a stats guy in here, Monkey, that could probably list out the amount of times Marner's points were directly responsible for a win. If I had to guess, it would probably be max about 20ish. So all the other ones are just glory-hole points.

Leafs need to win games in the playoffs not jizz all over each other about individual regular season points.

As a fan who has watched Marner for almost a decade he will straight up not have a good time on any team that has excessive media and large markets.

I think Utah is perfect for him.

I also think now that the franchise can spend I think they take off, they will have a good team the next decade.

The same problems have existed for 7 or 8 years now. There are issues everywhere that never get addressed.
