Haven’t picked up a weight over 35lbs in probably two years. I do lighter weight training with a focus on form, run 4 miles (on avg) every other day, and do yoga for recovery. Feel like I’m in the best shape of my life!

Calling my shot, Laf has a good game tonight. He’s been close a bunch of times and playing well. He lights the lamp tonight.

I’m 5’7 175 and I qualified for that weight loss drug zepbound, which I started Sunday in conjunction with a physical trainer. Let my self get a bit of a dad bod after the kids. The drug is crazy though. All of my sweets cravings disappeared.

I lost 15lbs last year when I was dealing with gout. Now that I'm on the daily pills, I've put it all back on since Christmas.
15 is about all I need to lose, maybe 20. I'm very fire hydrant-y!

I got offered Rangers tickets for tonights game yesterday. This morning I got a notification for timeline memories.

10 years ago to the day, I was at Game 4 of the 2nd round matchup vs the Penguins. A game we ultimately ended up losing however we ended up winning the next 3 straight enroute to a 4-3 series win. Ultimately making the SCF that year.
