Nah it’s nerves brah

Haven’t picked up a weight over 35lbs in probably two years. I do lighter weight training with a focus on form, run 4 miles (on avg) every other day, and do yoga for recovery. Feel like I’m in the best shape of my life!

I definitely feel better at 200 than 225, but think 200 is a little light for me. I had to lose the weight bc when I was running I was getting ridiculous shin splits that I’ve never had before. Now I can do my 2.5 miles and have no issues with the knees shins etc. but definitely feel much weaker upper body wise. Stepan might have a chance now 👀😂

NHL draft lottery drawing is 545pm but it’s being shown at 630 before the game

Getting into the weeds, but have you gone to a running store that can map your foot and analyze your running gate? They can match you to the right shoes/inserts and rid the dreaded shin/knee/ankle/hip problems. Sounds like a marketing ploy, but totally works. Highly recommend.
