Yet we're up 4-2 on you. What does that say about your team?
- Oildrum

Besides the point. We look bad & still in it. Not the Oilers doing in the slightest. Both teams play like this & get smoked in the WCF. Simple

I don't even know why you jumped on me about defending him. That didnt happen. I only mentioned you and you super weak support for the team. Threw in the towel after game 1 in the first series and now we find out you threw the towel in before game 1 even started for this series.

Disgusting.

It was sarcasm you stupid (frank). I said one comment “season over.” It was a (frank)ing joke you stupid (frank). Who the (frank) is paying for your wifi?

An elite 3rd line player this year. If he takes the offseason serious he will be playing on some teams too 6 next year
- CanuckDon

I could never get a feel for what type of player he was or could become. They kept (frank)ing with his ice time. Dress 1 game sit for 4. Play 1 game. Back to the minors. Up for two weeks get in a few games. So damn inconsistent. No wonder he had trouble

No it wasnt. It follows your weak support for everything over the years just like you always denying it, then trying to argue it into something else every time.

Every team has this player. Some times they don’t figure it out until they are 27. He has been tremendous most of the year

Seems like he has. But also Canucks were a high scoring 1st place team most of the year. Happy for Joshua. Finally caught a break and is doing well.

He learnt from Tochett and then turned the corner. He had a rough start until RT sat him down and said this is what you need to do.

I will never say anything bad about that man. After 30 + years of following Blues hockey. That son of a female dog coached the Blues to a Cup victory.

He is untouchable in my book. I think he is one of two words in that book. Ha ha

FYI I do agree Petey needs a winger to gel with. Problem is Miller & Boeser work well together. Petey has had every other winger & Lindholm. Nothing worked.

Who is left? Leki?

What kind of role does Joshua play on the Canucks. 3-4th liner? Minutes per game? Seems like he turned into a decent nhl player after he left St Louis. Hard to gain traction when you are constantly being press boxed or shipped back to the minors.
- BluesDroogie

Joshua has had a very good year, decent on The PK, good 5 on 5, wins board battles, nice touch around the net.
Arguably, he is on the 2nd line, at least minute-wise, which are usually ranging from 15-18 minutes per game.

Totally agree & casting no shade. I meant a coach brings out the best in a player. Not remake him nor change him. Not always easy.

Agreed.

Any coach or player that can deliver your team a Cup, should be cherished.

I don’t care that he lost the locker room. I do t care about how many poor seasons. There is 1 season and that has been engraved in history!
