That's a ridiculous way to evaluate a person's performance. The "Shanaplan" has been a complete failure and a waste of 7 years of the best player this franchise ever had, but we're going to give him a pass because at least it's better than what was happening before?

Does coaching matter that much? If a coach wins it all and is considered a great coach why doesn’t he win 3 or 4 in a row?
