Yeah, if that reporter has any sense, they'll be consulting an attorney themselves. You have the right to film public officials and can film in public as well. This was roadside, so unless they can prove they obstructed the arrest, that's a quick settlement.

I actually pulled a pretty sweet rookie card of his last year, so watched him a bit. He's decent defensively but can get pushed around at times. Decent shot, better passing. Bout all I know. If I remember rightly Torts has moved him around the lineup and sat him a few times, not sure if there's an effort issue or what.

we have the prospects, and picks to think big IMO and with a core of dahlin, power, byram, tage, tuch, skinner, cozens, peterka, quinn, etc

they should be thinking bigger than Farabee

so he can come back in early November

shouldn't they just suspend them for 41 games, half the season?

if say Tuch gets popped for the same thing and goes into phase 3 in mid August, not saying he would but using him for an example, then he would be out til mid Feb missing a lot more games

was thinking about this the other day too. like what are we doing here. Suspension should be x days of all team activity. So, playoffs.. training camp, preseason.. all of it.

Just the way they wrote it. 6 months phase 3, 12 months phase 4. They aren't concerned about games. Guess it makes sense, for the player situation.
