The long lay off didn’t hurt them vs the canes so this is perfect. This will be one less day off I think 🤔

Furthermore it’s really one bad period because game 4 they played a winnable game. Brooks speculated they move a flu going around which could explain game 5. Just glad that series is over because it got too dicey all things considered

Yeah, we went over that last night as the bad mojo was getting the best of some us. Lose game 4 fine. poop happens. Game nd the first two period so f last night is when some of us went off the rails. Can't believe they pulled it off.

Kreider gets a ton of credit as it should be, but Roslovic has been really good. Even when that line isn't playing great he is carrying play into the zone a lot these playoffs.

Thanks for the write up Jan, End of the game sounded like pure hell with the icings.
Following the score all night was torture, can only imagine what it was like in here.
Writing this from Red Fang's tour van which I became a part of after explaining the situation. They were down with it.

the icings at the end of the game were pure torture, and they were playing with fire by trying for the empty net

if Goodrow missed it was just a matter of time before it bit us in the ass like in game 2
