Elias Lindholm says he hasn't thought about potentially returning and will take some time before deciding on his future.

Garland has the fight of a lion and the size of a dwarf. I really liked him but IMO Debrusk would add more toughness and size at around the same cap hit and not to mention the acquisition of a draft pick.

In Garland you lose the most steady forechecker & zone entry winger. On a roster that needs more of that don’t see him leaving. Yes could get more scoring from him but he’s a hustler & noticeable every shift.

Gotta focus on resigning big D men & add a top 6 scorer. Buy more time for Leki & Willander maybe only 1 year at most 2. With no top 2 picks this draft it’ll come to if PA can retain Lindholm some how. Joshua is must signing.

So the pain kept him from skating like he did prior to January? I don’t know he looked pretty good on the lotto line in that Eastern road swing. Hard to say what pain does during a game if that is what keeps you from doing that extra high end move.

I think it was more psychological for him on dealing with everything.
