After doing a little investimigation, I'd say Domi at $4M is high.

If you look at his contract history:

His contract before that - $5.3M X 2 was coming off his entry level contract, given to him by Columbus, and it's when they still thought he was going to progress (he hasn't).

His one 72 point season was an aberration.

He has no physical game.

He doesn't put the puck in the net.

Give him 2 years X $3.5M - and he gets to stay in Toronto.

Hell, maybe even a little below that. $3.2M X 2.

There's 100 bars that have multiple floors - so there's always 2-3 bands playing, and each one is better than anything you ever heard in a Toronto bar.

Restaurants are OK - nothing terrific.

Tennessee State Museum is good.

They have a off/on guided tour bus.

We did a really cool VRBO Experience - went and toured a music studio that still presses vinyl.

And we didn't do it, but you can take Kentucky bourbon tours.
