Miller would be a way better fit in NY now than Zib. Turned into a hell of a player
- nyrangers2

Before he ultimately resigned with the Nucks, I wanted Gorton to make the move for Miller so bad when the rumors surfaced that there was a rift with management at the time.

Torts hated Miller never gave him a chance, would bench him for anything he could, he should still be here...

That's not fair though, Milo. When Miller was moved to TBay, he was far from the player he would eventually become. NYR did nothing wrong by moving him. Wish we still had something to show for it, but that isn't going down as the greatest trade of all time.

Devils were smart they would trade Bratt for Brady T. Those type of moves help you in PO

C’mon man, these guys are perfectly capable of defending themselves if they object.

I share an admiration for Salma, she speaks Spanish,
& I thought people would like the gif, anyway.

You noticed that?

I'm saying he never got a real chance here because of Torts. Torts did not like him

All goo. You have been all series, just like Bingo for the Canes. We are just chafed, that’s all

I understand that feeling

Heck, if we had something of value to send their way, Id want Brady T in NYC.

If Im not mistaken, AV was notorious for not liking young roster players.

He’s the type of shakeup you need. Tro for strome was a great one. Skilled guys that play north south game. Good in transition and go to the greasy areas

So did AV. So that seems like it was a Miller problem.

I always felt that the coach was justified by Miller not playing with nearly as much heart as he does now.

I know we are going to enter the portion of the program where we regret players we traded away and then to making big blockbuster trades, but I am so not ready yet, praying for a miracle tomorrow

I'd rather talk about player who I want to see them trade away, for various reason. Realistically.

Win or lose, there are clear holes in the line up that need to be mitigated.

It’s hard to have a lot of confidence but I will be watching tomorrow night, hopefully already drunk and wanting a win

Neil Smith saw that Gartner and Amonte weren't what NYR needed to win the Cup.
Florida realized that Huberdeau wasn't what they needed to win the Cup.

Drury will have to make a BIG move and bring in player(s) whose game translates to Cup success. Not a knock on any individual players...it's just too much a mix of skill, and not enough black and blue players who can do it all, and change their styles when the game or series calls for it.

- rrentz

The culprits who are responsible for this failure (so far) can not be traded. So there isnt really any big move to make.
