$200 for a blank jersey.

$56 for a hat.

Too much.

I mean it kind of points to the fact you don't need some perfect roster or defense to go on a run. Need your star players to play as star players CONSISTENTLY.

It's why I don't care if they "run it back" because I'm just hoping a healthy Matthews/Nylander duo can consistently win 16 games.

That and you need quality dmen. Ekholm and Bouchard have been great

Tree should get Domi signed before Bert.

I'd be comfortable giving Domi a little more term over Bert, but I wouldn't go more than 3 years on either.

Guessed you missed the 5 years before last with this oxymoron of a sentence.

And I am Matthews biggest fan outside of Biebs.

I guess Washington should have just given up on Ovi

That’s not happening ! I think any team that pays Marner over 9 mil is ridiculously stupid . Great player very talented but not when it counts. Blues aren’t going to trade Parayko .

I would offer Faulk and Buchnevich and Tor 2nd I would hold 50% on Marner for year and deal him to Pens for a lot of future.

Parayko was available all season for 2 1st’s apparently.
And they also weren’t shy about being displeased with Schenn’s lack of leadership / performance especially with where his contract slots him in their pecking order.

Way I figured, Schenn’s seem to like Toronto (lol), but usually shedding a deal costs a 1st at minimum, and Marner has value both on the ice, and at the gate (let alone the merch table) which would likely be enough to spin St. Louis into delusions of Brett Hull Redoux which along with Liljegren replacing Parayko (in a Right Handed Body, not in style, obviously Faulk takes CP’s slot in the lineup and maybe ya add a Hakanpaa in Free Agency to add some bite to the D if you’re StL) and that value could be enough to resolve the ancient gaping hole at 1RD for the boys in blue.

Or at least save Shanny’s job should the team falter out of the gate without a big shakeup otherwise.
