Anyone else in $GME?
I put $1k in at $34 2 weeks ago, RoaringKitty might become a billionaire this week from a $54k initial investment, absolutely wild. |

Frank Kevyn Adams for not doing his job 2 years ago - Buff36
Adams is confusing.
On one hand, he shows faith in the players by extending so many of them, and many early.
Yet he doesn't fully support them as best he possibly can with offseason and trade deadline moves.
All comes down to winning not being a priority.
Cannot operate like that as a franchise. |

Someone forgot to tell Vegas that when they made the Cup Final in their inauguration season.
Look at the rosters of Florida, Edmonton, and Dallas.
Look at the talent on those rosters, that’s why all three are alive for the Stanley Cup.
Eichel and ROR won cups in their first playoff appearances after leaving Buffalo. Both should have won the Conn Smythe. Lack of playoff experience didn’t seem to faze them.
Adams needs to put the best 23 players on the ice next year and let the chips fall where they may. - Swedish_Jesus
Adams mindset so far has never been to assemble the best roster he possibly could.
He settled each offseason, and decided to just see what they had. |

Nothing conflicting about it, cashed his chips in November. Horrible decision by Adams to bring him and Girgensons back, Adams obviously knew nothing about his Lockeroom. - Buff36
His recent comments prove he was gaslighting the entire organization
I hope he chokes |

Hopefully Byram finds his footing, or this could turn bad quickly. - Buff36
Mittelstadt's next predicted deal?
3 years at $5.8M per, or 5 years at $6M per.
Big whoops from Adams...? |

i dont believe that to be the correct conclusion. they very much want to win. it's the blend of incompetence and inability to attract UFAs/NTCs.

I know you made this point before and I made the following counterpoint before.
They want a different make up in the bottom 6 and are comfortable with Thompson and Cozens/3C.
Mittelstadt was worth more as a trade asset than a long term option on this team. We're kidding ourselves if we think we know the projected dollar amount and they didn't/don't.

There is not one player on the Panthers that jumps out to me as “fast and skilled”.
Barkov is a defensive forward the likes of which we haven’t seen since Fedorov
Reinhart is not fast, Rodriguez is not skilled, Bennett is gritty…
Seriously, outside of Montour, where is all their skill and speed?
Edmonton has ONE player I consider a skilled speedster, and it should go without saying his name is McDavid.
Neither roster is composed of small, skilled speedsters. Seriously this rhetoric isn’t even close to being true. |

Two things can be true.
They overestimated what Casey would get on the market, compared to what his agent was looking for.
They also wanted to bolster their defense.
Byram is a question mark.
Bigger question mark is Samuelsson.
If the rumors are true that the Sabres are looking for another addition to their top 4 defense, have they realized and therefore relegated Samuelsson to the bottom pair?
Will they ease matchups for him to try and get a full season out of him?
Stop forcing him on the top pair?
Lots and lots of questions about their perspective potentially changing. |

the rumor is adding to their defense, not "top 4". Just regurgitating what Chad said around the DL.
Feels like Joker is the trade asset. |

But they traded him for a ? Mark with long-term concerns himself. Adams bought himself one more year before a decision has to be made. |

then i guess he has more confidence in him than we do.
he inadvertently blamed the coach for his decline in play and it is tough to prove otherwise. |

the talent is definitely there and he plays the way adams wants his team to play. definitely needs better coaching than what he's had here and he needs a suitable partner. cause joker, holy poop.

Byram is very talented, and that's the worse thing with the Sabres. Ask Tyler Myers or Risto, Dahlin, Power about it. Sabres have never gotten the right partner or Coach to help there young players. Even at Forward it has killed them, sorry it's not all just about Talent. |

“I look at every part of this organization and feel very strongly that if there’s a trust in relationships and how you deal each other then you can challenge with each other, I do believe we have that and have the people in the room who can handle that, so that will be something we definitely dig into as we move forward here.”
Adams hasn't changed, he thought bringing in old veterans last year was sufficient support for the core, his trust in his guys hasn't changed.
He is all in with Lindy, he has failed at every aspect of being a GM, there is no indication this offseason with be different.
Conversations in the offseason will yield more production in season, profit.

Just seeing how the Buffalo fans feel. Would this interest you:
To Buffalo: Konecny(50% retained)
To Philly: Krebs, 11 overall, 2024 4th rounder(oringinally philly's)
You get a top 6 forward who brings some of the things i see buffalo wants and scores at 2.7mil for the year so you can still play in Free Agency.
Flyers get Krebs to see if he can develop if given a more top 9 role and picks to rebuild with. |
