The Panthers have the most talented roster in the league.
Excellent pace and speed.
I still want the hurricanes as our model franchise. Just without the ahl level goaltending. - Sabretooth9
No. That's Vegas followed by Dallas followed by probably Edmonton or Colorado.
Florida is excellent but they have a certain identity and have a great mix of finishing and two way play.

Interesting that following Waddell is on the list. Makes you wonder what was going on there. - Lunaion
Don wanted to give a big extension but some other Canes brass didn't?
Wonder for sure. |

the price being high should help a team like us loaded with picks and prospects - homiedclown
It helps weed out teams with less to offer, but isn't necessarily a good thing either...especially with a gun shy GM like Adams. |

Panthers have traded away a few first round picks recently. Buffalo got the one for Rhino, This last draft was MTL’s, next one is Philly’s.
(Zito must’ve realized they’re really just seconds, anyway, right?) - Ratsreign
Panthers have traded:
22' for Skunk
23' for Chiarot
24' for Giroux
25' for Tkachuk
Every one of these trades proved to be significantly more valuable for the team than the potential a draft pick would add to the organization.
Oilers have traded:
24' for Henrique
23' for Ekholm
22' and 21' were both traded for later picks, neither have provided value to the NHL roster.
Ekholm alone is worth all of these trades and the picks are not helping the team try to win the cup this season.
It's not hard to look this up. |

That is not the "last 4"
Lundell 9th in TOI for Florida. Providing terrible value |

Good reminder than a Pres isn't all upside. Strong leaders will disagree.

Seravalli from the 4th period said today that Waddell didn't call the shots in Carolina, that the owner was basically the GM, and that every scenario had to be run through him first. |

"The Oilers brought in one of world's most respected Sports Psychologists and Meditation Coach, George Mumford, this season, who previously helped guide Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant to championships.
Here he is hugging Stuart Skinner after Game 6 and saying "my man" to him."

If Florida works out a Reinhart deal... Bennett is a goner.
Make a trade for him as a 1 year rental and see if you can convince him to stay or if he's a fit. |

I actually meant the assets you're giving up in a trade. - Powerslave
According to Twitter.
Rosen or a prospect of that level + 11th overall |

Edmonton outside of Mcdavid and draistal that an ugly roster.
Panthers have the best overall team. From top to bottom.

Not really.
A. McD and Draisaitl are the best 1-2 punch the league has had in decades
B. Bouchard is a top 5-10 D man, Ekholm is an excellent #2 D. RNH had 100 points last year, and 70 this year. Hyman is a very good player. Skinner was a Calder finalist last year.
How many teams would trade rosters with the Oilers knowing you're getting 29/97? Probably most |

Cozens and the 7M riding 3rd line huh?
Would he be thrilled with having to play with plugs and/or kids again? |

I feel like you'd want L2 and L3 to play a similar amount of minutes tbh. |

Yeah, and lines are fluid throughout the year. Bennett would be a fantastic get and really could flip flop with Cozens throughout |

If Hunter can keep up with her Mantha can keep up with Cozens and Savoie
I would hope his body opens the ice up for savoie and cozens if it happened
