Zib for Dubois (both make 8.5)
Kakko Perrault Sykora 2024 and 2025 1sts for Tkachuk
Trade Lindgren, sign Zadorov and trade for Logan Stanley
Panarin Dubois Laf
Tkachuk Trocheck Cuylle
Kreider Chytil Othmann
Edstrom Goodrow Rempe
Miller Schneider
Stanley Trouba
Zadorov Fox - nyrangers9479
PLD is the player you want to stay away from. Looker room cancer. He forced his way off 2 teams and couldnt make it on the third line in LA.
Tkachuk is a no brainer. |

I didn't start this PLD talk. I wish I did. Rationally, would I ever want him? No. You put in nicer than I would have. He's a dog. And not in a good way. But the time for rationale is gone. We talking Zib + for PLD +, that's a move I very much can get behind where I stand now. |

Correct Brukie, but this is where you and I differ, if that trade is proposed by not me, and it gains steam, that's good for me.
Believing PLD isn't a problem when he's been run out of Columbus and Winnipeg, and is now seen time on the 4th line in LA 1 year into his new deal. He's very much not the player you want if you want a winning/better attitude. For me, I'm intrigued. |

Yeah, I know. But, your current contribution to ANY topic is to blow it up and trade away anyone of value. We got it. Default is set. If you care to deviate from that in a comment, fire away. If not, walk away. |

He also has a history of not trying very hard, not playing defense and being problematic. Sounds like a great add.
And, Zibby will waive to go to Vancouver, why exactly? - Tonybere
The Kings relocated to Vancouver? Interesting, didn’t know that …… 😂
Mika’s long locks and DJ skills will suit him just fine in LA |

If we're talking about Matthew, maybe. But, I'm sure this is referring to Brady, who is a real good player, but who hasn't really shown that he would have the same effect on a team as his brother. Way too many assets, IMO. |

You know who else got demoted to the 4th line in TB and was traded off of 2 teams that supposedly had attitude problems? JT Miller ….. |

I dont think Ive seen you mention you want a complete tear down!!!
I highly doubt it will happen. LOL The team has been successful in the regular season so Im sure Drury will add some pieces.
In thinking about next year, will we really battle the Panthers again? I think they will win the Cup, have a short summer rest period and start all over next season, this will be the 2nd year in a row of short summers for the team. Will they have it in the tank for another run next season?
Rangers best chance maybe next season. Gotta add the right pieces though.
Im in the unpopular belief of keeping KK.
We will soon see. |

Did I not just deviate and agree with you in that you're correct in not wanting PLD if you goal is want the Rangers to get better.

Whoops, my bad. Got my lines crossed on those ones! Obviously, I was talking about your Lindgren for Zadorov idea. Unlikely Lindgren will get any sort of no move clause, so it's plausible. But, I feel like despite any long-term health concerns, he has the sort of mentality that we are trying to expand in order to achieve playoff success. Not sure we want to unload guys who will do whatever it takes to make plays.

Yes, while simultaneously reminding the board that getting better is not what you want. You're not stupid, don't try to play it up when you know what I'm saying. |

You give me too much credit. Alas, guess PLD is not in the cards then. |

First thing Im thinking is Marchessault. They need a 1RW, that despite Zib, can do his own thing and drive the play for that line. - aecliptic
I really like the idea of Marchessault if we can fit him in. I also like the idea of trading for Alex Tuch. Could get a little steep, but he could be exactly what we need for a very reasonable cap hit. Would Kakko, Sykora/Berard, and a 1st get it done?

Yes, because that's the sole blueprint for becoming a top player in the league and playoff inspiration for your team.
How many players do you figure have gone through this sort of career path? And what percentage of them do you think have ended up where Miller has? You present the idea like it's a certainty, rather than an extreme outlier.
When someone shows you who they really are, most times you should believe them. |

He is younger and bigger, who knows what the Sens would want but that would be in the ball park. That would be a big balls move by Drury.
Problem is, he is a left winger, where will he play? Drop CK20 to the third line? |

I can't wait for all the comments that we are paying Krieder way too much for a 3rd line player and people call to trade him. |
