His hit totals are oddly similar, but I'll say, with Boston he certainly played a meaner game. He started to get back to it at the end of last season, but we need that kind of guy. I'm kinda with Boss on this one, it may not work out, but wasn't the worst UFA signing.

I'd say 3rd pair D is a buyer's market. I think they overpaid because they thought he could be more.

I got a weird call from the Sabres a couple weeks ago, asking me if I was thinking of buying tickets, am I excited about the upcoming season, am I excited about Lindy being back? When I replied "meh, not really" she said "ok, thanks for your time". Then I saw a thing a few days later about then having Lindy talk to people on the phone. I think I might have been one of them if I replied with any sort of excitement.

The more years that go by, the more I feel like the Sabres (as an asset) is really all pegula cares about.

The Sabres as a franchise are worth more year after year, expansion team after expansion team.

The yearly losses offset the Buffalo Bills gains imo

He would've been tossed in college football for targeting. It was way dirtier than Foegele's knee on knee. He literally jumps at Barkov's head. He might not be that guy normally, but he absolutely was in that spot.

It has to do with the fact it wasn't a suspension then.. and that was CLEARLY intentional.

This one is not clear that he had any intention of hitting Barkov in the head, it was in-direct IMO. And for people to call it a suspension without looking at how they've called other incidents in the playoffs is bias/foolish.
