Lindy did turn around the Nj devils his first season there. But, last year they were underperforming and had some key injuries.

He’s been tough on young players and that’s what we need. Some structure and to come out fast like you suggested early in the season. Start hot at the very least and get players believing

Girgensons is certainly not anywhere close to those guys , but blaming him/ them for their teams failure is unfair imo

You know it's not just fighting, but you certainly want someone who will fight more than once a decade. Girgs has a lost a few steps, has never been much of a hitter, and never gets under anyone's skin. He's never been a tough guy or an energy guy. He's just a far lesser Greenway now.
