I think I would, with them taking Clifton back you only adding a mill or 2 to your Cap. And the kid does have some Talent. Plus the 23rd pick in the 1st.

I think Johnson is a different conversation. He's 23 and D. I think he starts in Roch and that doesn't really bother me with how injury prone this D group is.

Would be nice if a F forced the issue in camp, but it really feels like KA doesn't have the luxury of having a Jost/Vinny/Bjork around that he's willing to sit/waive.

I would love to see Adams make two trades, for a bonafide 2C and a 1RW ... to push Cozens and Quinn down to L3, while Peterka replaces Skinner at 1LW. Benson replaces JJP at LW on L3 w Cozens and Quinn. Skinner the new 2C and Tuch form L2.

That leaves L4 to be upgraded. Keifer Sherwod at 4LW and Amdio or your boy Faska at 4C would be terrific.

Just don't think the league works that way. Adding a 2C is difficult and expensive. Any threat to his job likely comes internally.

What's confusing about it ? He's signed for 2 years, and with sending Clifton back he is only costing me 1.5mill for those 2 seasons and I get a 1st to use on something else. And he could pot 15-20 goals for me or more depending if he gels.
