Watching the final and some euro cup since it’s done daily before the nhl game… the biggest headache is the 3 day wait everytime they travel. Game 5: Tuesday, 6: Friday, 7 (if needed): Monday.

Literally takes the NHL til the 24th of June at the latest. People are well out of hockey mode by summertime unless it’s their team for the most part, maybe the league needs to clue into this?

They both begin in October and if Boston hadn’t won the series 4-1 they’d be still going too and if Florida won last night it would have ended with a whole 1 day difference lol

That game isn’t played on ice tho. Hockey is far more tied to the winter season. Basketball runs when it does to give people something to watch in the winter since football and baseball aren’t around and Americans don’t care nearly as much about hockey.
