Despite the PWHL's impressive debut and all the hype surrounding the recent Stanley Cup playoffs and their soaring TV ratings, one truth is weighing CCM and Bauer down right now: hockey isn’t growing.

yeah I've just read the article, but thanks haha

one of the age-old issues that's always been too obvious with hockey in general is that it simply isn't accessible enough for everyone, as it's most likely one of the most expensive sports you can participate in when it comes to all the equipment that's required to play. there are probably a few government programs that aim to help out folks with less revenue but it isn't enough.

speaking of, Capfriendly is still up and running, I thought it would already be shut down by now, surely just a matter of time.

I have the impression it's a very long list you've got there, but at least it's in the backlog I guess lol...

that was probably one of the only "reality shows" I've every enjoyed watching, things can get pretty (frank)ing insane between those two when they compete, it's very entertaining.

huh, I wasn't even aware there was a chat function on Capfriendly, wtf.

so by "people that need an outlet for their frustration", I guess you're referring to Capfriendly users..?

there are other sites that already exist that basically have the same set of information, but that one was clearly the most easy to consult, where you can even drag and drop players on a specific roster to play around with the salary cap implications. it's gonna take time before these kinds of functions are developed on successor websites.

it's the anonymity.

these bumholes would never talk to anyone like that if they were talking to them in person.

isn't heyman a little old for that?

i like how they were obviously missing him with everything to take it easy on him but then they put him through the announce table.

he remembered to tuck hid head.

cornette says heyman is so tense when he has to do anything physical that grabbing his arm was like grabbing a table leg.

I'm aware that it's a possibility lol, but doing that to learn about something when you don't really care about the topic is not very tempting...
