We don’t need another PPG player, we need tough physical guys to get added to the top 6. Perfect world, Kreider goes to the 3rd line and we add 2 guys that I just described to the top 6. |

Think Mantha gets a big contract? He’s a RW that made 5.7. I’d never go that high for him, but he wasn’t great after getting traded. |

We’ve been through this, him and Lavy didn’t get along in Washington |

The defense couldn’t get the puck out consistently enough was the problem more than the forwards not being big enough. You can see the oilers doing damage now to Florida because their D is moving the puck better
I don’t disagree we need size, but the top 6 is good enough with one more skilled guy. If we have a line of Cuylle Edstrom and Rempe that would answer those issues. Lavy would just have to trust/use them more |

It wasn’t everyday lol but we did talk about it. He’s a bum anyway, Mantha.
I saw Tuch bandied about again on a YouTube thing. Which would be great, but Kane doesn’t cost us assets which is kind of the best of both worlds |

Zib and Panarin aren’t physical guys. Kreider is no longer the physical presence he once was, Trocheck can play physical and Laf is 50/50. Sometimes I like the edge he has, sometimes it’s non-existent. |

I think the biggest mistake that Laviolette/Housley made was considering how banged up the defense was as playoffs moved along that they didn’t decide to dress Zac Jones at all. But they are going to have to trust young players more than they did this past season |

The thing is a physical guy who can thrive in the top 6 is very hard to obtain. You can’t just snap your fingers and get said guy. Kakko needs to be that guy ffs too lol he’s soft like breakstone butter |

I got an idea for Jan and a blog.. Stl had a song (Gloria) when they won the cup, Edm has one now (La Bamba) and could pull off a miracle with it..so pick a song for next year from a list provided by Jan and let’s run with it..what say you Jan?? - Slimtj100
Not a bad idea TJ ---

I really do blame Lavy over anything player wise. I think he put the team in a bad spot that round |

Knowing Trouba’s injury, watching how bad he was, and still playing him was a terrible move. |

I think it very true that all three of Fox, Trouba and Lindgren were severely hampered by their ailments and absolutely impacted Florida’s relentless attack caving them in so often
I also believe all three of them are much better players when they are 100% |

The perfect addition could be Theodore. I think he’s in rumors. But they’d probably have to trade Lindgren in the deal or a separate deal. Theodore is big mobile and moves the puck well |

When it comes down to it I think Trouba gets one more year in NY and then all bets are off |

Millers 2 awful turnovers in game ? ( help me remember ) didn't help any either. Those were a series changer |
