You guys trade Laf and Shesty yet?

Hopefully soon. PLD traded for a goalie. I wasn't far off. Credit to me.

Tony, I assume you're a Mantha fan? Happy for you if true.

Not at all. He would be a terrible acquisition. I just love the movie Stripes.

Wonder if Drury could convince Pavelski to sign for a year. I’m sure he’ll be back in Dallas, but wouldn’t hate it. Marchessault obviously a good target as well. Some good FAs out there, none of them will be cheap.

Reinhardt is going to get $10M from someone and a lot of term.

I’ve always liked him. He plays grittier than Kreider, and plays the right side. Still productive at almost 40, hence the 1 year deal.

What's the material here if they don't win the presidents trophy and actually say Washington did and we had ~97 points and were the WC seed. Then let's say Panarin put up 79 points instead of 120. Are you happier in that world?

But they make it as far in the playoffs

- evitageN

The only world that makes me happy, would be a Cup, otherwise, everything else is a failure.

I dont get excited for a Presidents trophy, or a guy hitting 290 points, IDGAF for that poop. Its the Cup or Bust.

Would Mcdavid, who will most likely win the Conn Smythe, want it even if he doesnt win the Cup?
