Hey remember back when I played we had some strong teams and a hell of a goalie in buffalo?

I had a talk with the players, they found out they don't get paid for the playoffs so we made a stand so that they only get paid for the games they play! Equality!!! And for the family men we wanted to let them spend more time with their kids while the others are partying it up

Very noble or you to think about their pay but going to the playoffs and the chance to win the cup means so much more

If it’s such an embarrassment to miss the playoffs, why is it so much of an accomplishment just to squeak in ?

We didn’t wait 13 years and tank just to be a first round doormat.

Does that excuse Adams from making the wrong UFA signings to get this team to break the drought ? Absolutely not.

It will be such a high accomplishment for this Organization...yet, for others it's "yawn".

I don't understand why some person can't understand that making the playoffs is the first step to winning a championship. That's why it's a big deal to make the playoffs. All this talk about "half the teams make the playoffs" but that doesn't actually equal a flat 50% odds at the start of every season. Which is why they release "odds to make the playoffs" or "play in the super bowl" for the NFL...

Getting in for a young Team IMO would help them immensely. How do you know what Playoff Hockey is and what it takes in the NHL unless you've experienced it. Especially with the Supposed Great Leadership Kevyn has brought into mentor these Kids. If Girgensons is brought back, they don't want to change the culture, Adams just wants to be comfortable
