Trading skinner makes sense, even if you eat 2 million per for 3 years.

I think he is a top 6 without a doubt with the potential to be a power forward.

He also is good defensively and has leadership qualities.

If you can get him without giving up a 1st round pick then do it.

It's mildly encouraging that they didn't buy him out right away like they did Suter.
