All that means is ticket prices will go up next year to recoup those losses. |

It better be friggin great, cause the biggest rumor so far he wants TheUltimateLoser in torn and battered fabric back on the team, and already offered him a contract.

Lol, glad you took it in jest.
We have our political differences, but generally I enjoy your hockey and cooking posts.
Keep on keeping on.
Italy sir, Italy. 5th time for my wife, my 3rd...leaving Saturday for a little over 2 weeks. My in-laws were born and grew up in a beautiful little town on the Med. Sea...vacation haven. Seeing Milano, Lake Como, and some other small-towns very close to Switzerland before going south of Rome on the Sea.
Although, for my 30th (actually 45th if you combine marriages, lol) my wife and I are planning a Mediterranean Cruise...Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey and the various Turkish/Greek Islands for 14 days, then may see other areas...of which Portugal is very high on my list...Porto wine!!!! |

if it was anyone more experienced in making good trades, or even fair trades than adams, we would all be in a better state of mind

What were these purported trades that crashed and burned just like the other 357 over the last 2+ years?
Why does he find it so GD hard to close a deal? He is 10x worse than Darcy |

I'm making this up but it genuinely seems like he spends hours of Conversations™️ with a team about a player, and then when he gets close to a deal, he asks, "o btw does he have a NTC" and they say "Oh yeah, and you're on it" and then he says aw shucks and starts a new set of conversations.
Remember when Terry gassed up the Pegulacopter to convince Robyn Regehr to come here? That seems like 400 years ago. Now they just say, "well, what can ya do" and move on to a different conversation |

before my source retired, he told me adams was a time waster with other gms
all talk no action
also told me many many trades were brought up out of nowhere and deals closed within 5 minutes
it's not that hard when 2 want to improve the teams |

Don't worry, he'll nail the next set of trades. No chance any of them fall through.

That's amazing, man. I wrote a lengthy reply that went into Italian culture, European politics, your family connections and of course Italian food...then my phone glitched and lost it all.
In summary, hsve a great trip, and us Yanks could learn a few things from those old European cultures. They're not all just lazy socialists like we think over here.
And homemade semolina pasta is the bomb. I knead my dough by hand for 12 minutes and rest an hour before rolling the dough...took me over a year to get the technique just right. And my Atlas pasta roller I got at a garage sale in 1999 is one of my prized possessions.
Italian Montepulciano is my alltime fave red wine. Enjoy!
