I do think that moving up is a waste of assetts. Trading a TK with a first to move up 5 spots is a watse. TK should be able to get a first by himself, so trading 2 firsts to move up 5 spots is a waste to me. just like this rumor with CLB...3 firsts for a draft pick? Not even a can't miss player at #4..it is a waste.

My opinion has always been..take the BPA this year with both picks. Trade TK for a pick and prospect. Don't buy anyone out. Take the year as a building year. Keep next years firsts, hopefully 3 with a TK trade. Target positionally next year, based on what we have and how Michkov does.

Start 25/26 with cap space, 4-5 first rounders in the system, and Michkov here.

I am 100% against moving up and trading multiple firsts and players to do it. The team needs so much more than just 1 high end player. My opinion hasn't changed.

here is my take, if they obviously like someone at that spot and feel he is their guy then not much of a problem going for said player.

Now they better hope that is fn home run.

Now if they gave up all those picks the smart thing to do is then try to recoup as many as you can by moving tk, laughton, and the like. This is where they will fail and screw up imo.
